Eng Enosh Akuma holds a BSC AGRIC Engineering from Egerton University. an MBA on operations management from the UoN and an MSC Enonomics and Coffee Ccience from Udine University in Italy. Eng Akuma has served in the coffee industry in various capacities having started his career as a coffee factory engineer in the ministry of Agriculture in 1993 nyeri and Nandi. He joined the former Coffee Board Kenya in 1998 as area manager and served in nyeri and kisii. He later grew to a coffee Advisory Manager in CBK, technical services manager and in AFA he was appointed as the Deputy Director Regulations and Compliance Department in 2015 to 2020. He had a short stint with the Fibre value chain in 2020/2021 before moving back to the coffee Directorate in May 2021 and later got appoint to Head the Coffee Directorate in August 2021.

Kithusi is a horticulture specialist who holds a Master of Science degree in Horticulture from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture from Egerton University, Kenya. She holds the position of Technical and Advisory Services Manager at the Horticultural Crops Directorate with 23 years of experience, working in the horticulture sector. She has diverse knowledge in various aspects of the sector in Kenya including technical, policy and cross cutting matters and has worked with different stakeholders including small holder and large producers, stakeholders in both public and private sectors such as regulators and policy makers, County government officials, extension providers, input suppliers, financiers as well as development partners.

Willis Magak Audi holds a Master of Science in Horticulture degree from Egerton University. He has worked in Ministry of Agriculture in various deployments since 1993 in Rift Valley and Central Kenya regions and in Kilimo House in Extension services and Food Security Unit, before deployment to the former Kenya Coconut Development Authority (Predecessor of the Nuts and Oil Crops Directorate) in 2014. He has also worked in Horticultural Crops Directorate for 4 years as senior horticultural officer, until April 2018. Professional trainings attended include “planning and designing agricultural statistics for policy making” in Japan, “Seminar for Agricultural Officials of African Nations” in China, “Oil Crops Development”, ‘Training of Trainers on quality management for certification of fruits and vegetables. The major milestones include initiation and implementation in collaboration with KALRO team the establishment of mango mother-block at KALRO Perkerra; the development of “Training Guidelines and Manual on Agricultural Data Collection and Management” and the preparation and promotion of Macadamia production in Baringo.
